Lou Dobbs: "It is now so blatant, so overt, that only those who refuse to see could deny that the Democratis and Republican partys are owned lock, stock and barrel by Special Interests..."
Senator Sanders: "The reality is, and I think a growing number of Americans understand, is that what happens in Congress is to a very significant degree, dictated by big money interests. Their whole ideology is based on greed. They are selling out American workers, and in fact they're selling out our entire country. This is a major struggle we have to engage in to take back our country from these very powerful, and very wealthy Special Interests.
My comment: If the vast majority of Americans do in fact understand about big money, corporate candidates as shown in the clip above, then why do we still consistently consider only the big money corporate candidates as the only credible ones? Why is it considered t's a wasted vote to vote for anyone without a half a billion dollars in TV ads? Isn't this exactly what needs to change?
Why are we still gaa-gaa only for the politicians who collected the most money? Why do we love only those who send our kids to oil wars, who outsourced our jobs, who subsidize rich businesses with our taxes, who make sure we keep paying double for health insurance while 50 million remain uninsured?
It is us who vote the crooks in, who's fault is it that they stole everything from us?
If the polls in the video clip are correct (and they likely are), then why are we gaa-gaa for Hillary and Obama for example, yet non-corrupt and as such, broke Congressman Kucinich is all but forgotten for the Dem nomination?
Productivity has doubled in the last 25 years, why arent we working 20 hours a week to compensate for that? Why have we lost our pensions and medical if productivity has doubled, and who's keeping the difference?
We could have such a beautiful country instead of this crap we have to put up with while the rich get richer. Why do we keep voting for the ice pick in the forehead???
Duhhhh!
I tend to agree with corndog, third party.
We can no longer afford to advance evil at a lesser rate.
