The point of this video is to contrast the fake anti-war view, with the real anti-war view.

Editors notes:

IMHO it is critical to keep a few things in mind when considering the above edited video:

A clue to the reason Iraq received an invasion, not a coup, to "remove Saddam" lies in the difference between an invasion and a coup: troops on the ground.

The client-state government and the 140, 000 US citizen contractors in Iraq need the protection of US troops.

There are presently not only 150, 000 US troops in Iraq, but more than 140, 000 private contractors. Some of these 140, 000 contractors are the Special Interests themselves, and some are private "security" forces that aid the military in guarding the Special Interests and client-state government.

Therefore, (though it's not on TV), this situation is really about removing the Special Interests FIRST, before anyone can think about withdrawal of troop numbers.

If a candidate is saying that troops will be removed, but enough will remain to guard the (huge 108 acre city in itself) embassy complex, then you must decide if  present security forces cannot now guard the Green Zone, then how much can you draw the troops down and guard the embassy complex, (where the Special Interests will).

If you try to remove troops without first removing the 140, 000 us citizens that represent the Special Interests in the embassy complex, then the heat is going to get turned up on the 140, 000 American citizens there because their guards are being drawn down.

In the clip above, the "big 3" are quite careful to let their sponsors know that guarding the embassy is the first consideration, troop pulling is second. In other words if one of the Big 3 get in there, the Special Interests will not be unprotected, and the war will not end...E-V-E-R.

Kucinich's web site lists different priorities from the Big 3's. In Dennis' withdrawal plan it lists meaningful reconstruction mandates pulling Special Interests BEFORE (then along with),  pulling troops. How often do you hear the Big 3 saying they are going to pull the Special Interests first? Rather Hillary, Edwards and Obama are careful to tell their sponsors that they will PROTECT the embassy, protect US citizens in Iraq, in essense, protect the Special Interests in Iraq.

Related to the above is another snow job when the Big 3 talk about re-deployment (meaning "to deploy again"). Again, the Special Interests are staying. The US military will still guard them, but re-deployment relies more heavily on air strikes to protect the embassy and Special Interests. Air strikes are far less precise in their killing and that means more murdered civilians caught in the line of fire. Re-deployment = increased air strikes, that is not lesser evil because the Special Interests are still there, it's just messier to guard them.

The election is more than a year away, and with the exception of the barrage of campaign ad's in a couple of states with impending primaries, most of the states are relatively free of the advertising blitz, (that will come to a living room near you just before the elections.) At the present time the candidates are talking more to their potential sponsors than they are talking to us voters because this is not the best time to influence us, and right now they need money. The blitz for us comes later because research has found a late barrage is the best timing to influence voters, right before the election.

Complete answers from the "big 3 " can be downloaded HERE. The difference is there is more to Edwards' answer, and it is interesting. If I were a Republican (with the exception of Ron Paul), it would be Edwards that I would be most afraid to run against. Later in Edwards' rhetoric he talks about guarding the embassy with a brigade or two. If hundreds of thousands cant protect the Special Interests now, it's laughable that a brigade or two can later.

It should also be noted that Richardson was not included in the clip above because his heavy ties to AIPAC and the Israeli lobby, negating any chance of his stated withdrawel plan from actually happening.
